How can I make the Gearbox Orientation appear on the isometric?
Resolution
P‑point numbering, position, and orientation are critical when defining a component in the E3D Paragon module. For valves in particular:
- P3 orientation — Represents the default orientation of the valve’s topwork/operator. If P3 exists in the point set, Isodraft will output its orientation unless it aligns with a primary direction (E, N, U).
- P11 orientation — Indicates the orientation of the gearbox handwheel. When present, Isodraft adds the corresponding notation, e.g., “GEARBOX ORIENTATION N”.
